The Year 2009 with ScriptServer
ScriptServer is having many exciting projects going on inside the organization. ScriptServer will soon inform our Partner network and prospect Partners about our upcoming releases. Releases and updates will be notified in individual notes where Partners can find further information about the products and its improvements.

ScriptServer new employees
We are pleased to welcome Petra Marksell, to our Swedish Office. Petra is employed as Account Manager. Petra will join the Sales force team that apart from Niclas Holmström in Sweden also includes Aske Juhl Andersen in Denmark. Together we are a team and a part of ScriptServer network. Please find your sales representatives email address to the right. We are also pleased to welcome Mikkel Møgelvang to the Danish office. Mikkel is employed as a junior developer and will join the support team.
ScriptServer support
ScriptServer would like to inform that ScriptServer Support is located in our Danish Office, ScriptServer Solutions AS. If you as a Partner experience an issue within any of our products you are more than welcome to contact ScriptServer Support. When an issue has been solved ScriptServer Solutions on behalf of ScriptServer Support, will invoice according to the assistance if the assistance is considered chargeable. Issues that are considered bugs in our products are entitled to free ScriptServer support.
Procedures for ScriptServer Support
"Support requests" between 1-5 hours will rapidly be adressed and solved, without further acceptance from Partner/Customer.
Below is defined what is not considered as a bug and therefore chargeable support;
Troubleshooting
When troubleshooting for errors caused by bugs and there already exist patches and solutions to this particular error to download from our web sites.
Customizations
Errors that occur after customization and/or modification of the software are not considered as bugs. This includes changes made by ScriptServer. Errors like this are most likely covered by warranties related to the work that caused the error to appear.
Third party software
Errors caused by third party software are not considered bugs unless it is clearly stated that it will be supported, for example specific versions of MS IIS, MS SQL Server and such. Click here for more information about Software Requirements.
Server software and network configurations
Server software such as antivirus programs and advanced network configurations may affect the performance of ScriptServer applications. These are not considered bugs.
Browser and ERP versions
ScriptServer applications are compatible with specific browser and ERP versions. New versions that break the functionality are not considered bugs.
Patching and upgrading
Patches and upgrades are made available on our update web site. Applying and installing patches should be carried out by ScriptServer certified personnel. The actual work of applying the patch is charged separately.
Reporting errors
Error reporting should be done by email to support@scriptserver.com.
Pricelist
ScriptServer is publishing a new Pricelist in the end of this week. This pricelist will be vaild from the 1st of March 2009. The new Pricelist will be available to download from our Partner site.
